Dr. Crystal Walker
Dr. Walker grew up in a small town in Northwest
Arkansas. During childhood, her own pediatric
dentist inspired her. She admired the way he was able to help others through his service and make a positive impact on the lives of his patients. Since sixth grade Dr. Walker dreamed of one day becoming a pediatric dentist and helping children by providing education and by creating positive dental experiences and healthy smiles.

Dr. Walker graduated magna cum laude with a
B.S. in Biology form Lyon College in 2000. She then
attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City, School of Dentistry and received her DDS degree with honors in 2004. Her dream of becoming a pediatric dentist was realized in 2006 when she received her certificate in pediatric dentistry from Children’s Mercy Hospital and the UMKC, School of Dentistry. Upon completion of her pediatric certification, Dr. Walker and her husband, Robin, moved to Wichita, Kansas near where he grew up. In the fall of 2006, she opened the pediatric dental office. Dr. Walker is a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Southwest Society of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Wichita District Dental Society, and an associate member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Walker and her husband have two sons, Zachary, who is three and Ethan who will be one in February. They enjoy spending time with their boys and watching them learn and grow. They also enjoy spending time with their extended family. (They gather every Sunday evening for a meal and fellowship.) Dr. Walker is an avid sports fan and loves cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks. She also like being outdoors and enjoys music.

Dr. Walker is very excited to have Dr. Mariah Frazier join her as a business partner. She is caring, compassionate, and has a great energetic personality. She brings many wonderful characteristics to the practice. Dr. Walker and Dr. Frazier share many of the same dreams and together they are looking forward to continuing to take Children’s Dental Professionals forward and serve the community for years to come.

Dr. Mariah Frazier

Dr. Frazier was raised in Haysville, Kansas and graduated from Campus High School. At an early age, she knew she wanted to become a pediatric dentist because of the excellent care and mentorship from her own pediatric dentist. She began pursuing this goal at Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. She met her wonderful husband, Lance, in Salina and they were married in July of 2000. She then attended the University of Missouri - Kansas City, School of Dentistry. It was here that she and Dr. Walker became friends and learned of their mutual interest in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Frazier graduated summa cum laude from UMKC in 2005.

That following summer, Dr. Frazier attended the two year pediatric dental residency program at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. There she was provided the opportunity to learn about providing optimum dental care to children and adolescents.

In 2007, she and her husband celebrated the completion of her program and the birth of their first son, Grant! They then worked in Kansas City until Lance was offered a job in Wichita. Dr. Frazier was honored with the invitation to join Dr. Walker in her practice as an associate in 2008. Later that year, both doctors gave birth to sons that were five days apart! Dr. Walker's son Zachary and Dr. Frazier's son Cade continue to be great friends. This past November, Dr. Frazier and Lance welcomed their own baby girl, Reese! Her two older brothers are already quite protective of her!
Dr. Frazier spends most of her free time enjoying her family. She also enjoys traveling, playing games, and shopping. She is a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is very excited to join Dr. Walker as a partner in this incredible practice as they carry out their common vision of creating positive dental experiences and healthy smiles.

Our Team

Amanda – Office Administrator
Amanda is new to Children’s Dental professionals, however has been in the dental field for 9yrs. Amanda attended Wichita state university. She and her husband James have 2 children. She enjoys spending time with her family and running. She looks forward to working with this amazing team of Dr.’s, staff and patients.
Lee – Clinical Supervisor
Lee has been in the dental field for 18 years and found working with children to be very rewarding. Lee enjoys spending time with her husband and four grown boys. In her spare time she likes to cook, exercise and spend time by the pool.

Stephanie - Dental Hygienist
Stephanie graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She and her husband Mike love traveling to visit all of their family across the United States. Stephanie is delighted to be part of of the team and loves to brighten children's smiles each and every day!


Amanda - Dental Assistant
Amanda is currently entering her last semester of dental hygiene school at Wichita State University. Amanda has worked for Dr. Walker and Dr Frazier for 4 years and enjoys being part of their team. She and her husband Justin enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Yelitza –Dental Assistant
Yelitza is a certified Dental Assistant and graduated from Wichita Area Technical College. Yelitza loves to spend time with her daughter and in her spare time enjoys reading and helping her mother with her daycare.
Angie - Dental Assistant
Angie has worked in the dental/orthodontic field for over 10 years. She and her husband Brian have 2 children. Angie enjoys spending time outdoors and loves working with children.

Madison- Dental Assistant
Madison was born and raised in Wichita. She attended Butler Community College and completed an assisting program in March of 2010. She is very grateful to be working in Pediatrics. She loves kids and getting the chance to spend time in their world!

Aly - Dental Assistant
Aly graduated from Wellington Dental Assisting Program in November 2010. She loves working with Dr. Walker and Dr. Frazier and looks forward to coming to work and seeing all the children every day. In her spare time Aly enjoys spending time with her daughter and family. She loves to spend as much time outside as possible.


Whitney - Lab Assistant
Whitney completed the Dental Assisting Program at DCI in Rose Hill, KS. She is attending Hutchinson Community College and is looking forward to applying to Dental Hygiene school. In Whitney's spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, vacations and playing baseball with her nephew.

Hannah - Insurance Coordinator
Hannah graduated from Hesston College with an Associate of Arts Degree. She and her husband, Rusty, enjoy doing fun projects in their new home. In her spare time she loves being with her family and friends. Hannah is so appreciative to work for such amazing Doctors and is happy to have co-workers that like working as a team!


Brooke - Administrative Assistant
Brooke graduated in 2006 from Pittsburg State University with a marketing degree. Brooke, her husband and their daughter enjoy spending time outdoors and playing with their 2 dogs. Brooke loves being part of Dr. Walker and Dr. Frazier's awesome team!


Susan - Administrative Assistant
Susan graduated from Dunbar Academy with certification in Early Childhood Education. She has worked with children as a teacher and director of daycare. She also more recently worked in the Renwick School District. She and her husband Don have four children, Jordan, Lindsey, Haley and Chris. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Susan loves working with children and being part of this incredible team.
