As a courtesy to you our office will file with your insurance company. We are providers with Delta Dental, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas and State Medicaid (Healthwave, Title 19). It is your responsibility to provide our office with the necessary information relative to your insurance plan.

Services not covered by your insurance company must be paid for at the time of service.

To assist you with your payment our office accepts Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and CareCredit. A $30.00 overdraft will be charged to your account for each returned insufficient check. CareCredit is a convenient, no interest low minimum monthly payment plan for your entire family designed to pay for healthcare charges not covered by insurance. If your account becomes 90 days past due it may be turned over to our collection attorney. You will be responsible for all cost of the collection.
