COVID-19 Update

To our wonderful Children’s Dental Professionals’ family,

We are working diligently to ensure that we are doing everything possible to keep our patients, families, and our employees safe during this time of uncertainty. It is our goal to continue to provide our patients with the highest quality care.

We have been closely monitoring the recommendations from the American Dental Association (ADA), the Kansas Dental Association (KDA), the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Bureau of Oral Health (KDHE), the Kansas Dental Board (KDB), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for guidance while navigating the evolving circumstances with COVID-19.  At this time, the recommendation of these organizations is that all dentists should suspend non-urgent dental care. We are continuing to review recommendations and re-evaluate daily. We are looking at a possible reopening date of April 20th. We will continue to keep you all updated.

In order to comply with this recommendation, we must temporarily reschedule non-urgent dental treatment. Our office will be contacting you if this will affect your child’s appointment. We are working to open additional appointments to minimize the interruption of care. Dr Walker, Dr Frazier, and Dr Parr are available to address any urgent concerns or dental emergencies during this time.

Because of the rapidly changing information, there could be additional modifications to the recommendations given to us. If so, we will work to diligently communicate these to you and will continue to work to minimize any disruption to the care of your family.

We appreciate your continued trust and understanding during these unprecedented and difficult times. We pray for the safety and unity of our community!

Dr Walker, Dr Frazier, Dr Parr, and all of our CDP Team
